My wife popped in on a Saturday morning only to be told our daughter could only have her hair cut by appointment only, even though the place was empty and they were sitting there watching TV! I would be surprised if they are still open in six months time with an attitude like that! Lol

Have been here twice, really friendly, haircut was fine, don’t know what the fuss is about with the other reviews.

Popped in today for my daughter's first proper haircut. What a great service, she sat in a car chair, watched Peppa and barely noticed the hair cut going on. Actual hair cut was a good job too! Can highly recommend and we will be back.

Awful service, paid for the 1st haircut package. Told on arrival that they had no film for their camera and no boxes for the lock of hair, surely they could’ve called us beforehand? The certificate they provided smudged so we asked for a new one to be sent to us. The replacement certificate and box came all damaged as they hadn’t bothered to pack it correctly. Only giving 1 star as there is no option to leave 0 star.

Dreadful experience! Yes they have fun seats and TVs but if they can't cut hair what's the point?! Me and my son waited ages for our appointment and I was watching the hairdresser doing a little girls hair in a bob. The cut was all over the place and the hairdresser couldn't even work out how to deal with a wave in the little girls hair and kept hacking more and more off resulting in a chopped mess! I hoped my sons turn would be better but no... the lady kept blowing her nose on a manky old snotty tissue and then putting her fingers back in my sons hair, and it seemed that she hadn't had hairdresser training because she was just hacking at it randomly! He had long bits and short bits all mixed together and it looked dreadful. I could tell the lady had no idea what she was doing so we just paid and left and went straight to Buzz to get it cut properly. Dreadful place!!
