First time I've visited McQueen hair & beauty today. As a foreigner usually I'm quite shy at my first visit. This time I've been in a warm, kind and welcoming environment. Si is an extremely professional stylist with incredible knowledge, very precise and caring. You don't need to show him anything. He will look at your face and hair type and suggest a style. Si says "you will leave the salon as a million dollar woman". Trust me, you will leave the salon like that. I love my hair!!! Thank you so much. My daughter had her ears pierced for her tenth birthday. She was very anxious prior the appointment but was out at ease and all went smoothly. She is very happy and didn’t find it painful after all. After care was explained to us in detail. Thank you for doing such a great job.

Si was lovely!! We had a chat beforehand about the haircut I wanted. He gave me advice and I felt listened to. He was very professional and did exactly what I had in mind. I had a cut and blow dry by Carla. The salon is very friendly and I felt well looked after. Carla picked up quickly on what I was after and was really good with suggestions for my very fine hair. I'm very happy with my cut.

Simon was an absolute star from start to finish! I was super disappointed by a previous hairdresser and he completely transformed my hair. He was incredibly attentive, friendly and welcoming in what can be a daunting moment when you come to a new hairdressers. Si cut my teenage daughter’s hair today - she has always had long curly hair and wanted to go short. Very brave but Si absolutely nailed it - she is sat next to me now taking multiple selfies. She is over the moon. It takes a lot of skill to cut curly hair and I’m very glad we went to a true professional!Services:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Came out looking pretty much the same as when I came in except my hair was dried out, chemicalled out and I smell of cheap chemical smell and it cost me nearly a £100 for it. Not worth saving up to have something nice if it does very little and now I smell like chemicals. Hairdresser did very little, nice head massage though. Won’t be returning as I could just go somewhere cheaper but I’d hope they would have some artistry hence why I wanted to pay more. My final verdict - It was OK but not worth the cost.

I went to McQueens having had a disastrous cut elsewhere in town, hoping that it could be redeemed. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked through the door and Si clearly has a great wealth of knowledge and passion for what he does. Couldn’t be happier with my cut and I’m very thankful for his help and expertise. Will definitely be returning.Services:&nbsp;Hairstyling
