Had my first appointment over two years ago when Simon first joined, not only do I get great haircuts, I have made a friend.  A great salon, all the staff are lovely and treat you amazingly, be it a cup of tea or a head massage, they are always there to pamper you.
No matter what I have done, I feel like a million dollars when I leave, Simon is highly skilled, knowledgeable and experienced he really does listen to his clients, working with you to achieve the cut you want.
Would highly recommend, if your still wondering if to book, pop in and have a chat with the team, everyone is super friendly and qualified, you won’t regret it!

A regular visitor to McQueen in Tunbridge Wells for the last 6 years, I've been booking with Simon for the last year or so and he's transformed my look! I told him my ideas, he told me his, and he's spent the last few months perfecting my transformation, which I love! I would highly recommend the Keratin Blowdry for anyone with frizzy hair, it really does work.  I always enjoy my couple of hours in McQueen, Fiona runs a great business and Simon makes me smile, he even pours my coffee and opens my biscuits! I feel pampered without being pandered to - the balance is perfect and Simon is a hairdressing genius.

I have been a McQueen Hair & Beauty customer for several months now and I have always been very happy with the results. My natural curls have finally found the hairdresser that understands how to cut and style them. Simon and the team are absolutely top class professionals, they always deliver at the highest standards and the customer experience is second to none.…I can certainly say that you will be in for a treat!

I don't usually write reviews but I had to make exception for Simon.  My visits are always relaxed, the whole team are really friendly and Simon is amazing. I have fine wavy, medium length hair and most hairdressers don't know what to do with it!!   Simon listens to what you want and advises you on how to achieve the best results.  Thank you Simon and the team at McQueens

Great hair and beauty salon with fantastic staff. I've been going to McQueen for about 3 years now, and have always been treated beautifully and been thrilled with whatever treatment I've had, whether it's hair, massage or whatever. Thoroughly recommend.
