I’ve been coming to Tunbridge Wells since the refurbishment and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The salon is very well decorated, open and airy. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Hannah has always done my colour and it’s always been exactly what I’ve asked for. Would highly recommend!

Excellent experiment every time at Rush, since their refurb/rebranding. I came once before and was not overly impressed but since the changes they have been nothing short of exceptional. Over and above in their customer service. Would highly recommend.

If you want to look like you’ve had your hair cut with a lawn mower head to rush! The WORST hair cut I’ve ever had. I went to another salon in tears the same day, they kindly tried to disguise some of the damage done for free as they were so horrified with the state of my hair. She was rushing to finish my cut to make sure she could line up the next victim. They are obviously payed on percentage of fee so don’t dare turn up with a half price introductory offer and expect a level of service. Customer experience is hostile, the staff would rather huddle in the corner gossiping Avoid this place at all costs!

Was greeted very quickly by a friendly lady called Hannah and wasn't waiting too long for my hair stylist called Stephen. I felt comfortable and well looked after. My hair cut looked amazing and I left feeling really good! Thank you for an enjoyable experience! Have recommended Rush to my friends already! X
