Absolute joke of a place! Just moved into my girlfriends place in the area and went to register. The only proof I had that stated I stayed there was a driving licence with the new address and an online bill from my internet provider that I had to take with me to the new address. They wouldn't take my driving licence for some bizarre reason or an online bill as proof as it wasn't printed out. Asked for their email so they could print it for me. Refused to hand out an email address as they don't give it out to the public. Funny that because the register form asks for my email address. How would they email me without an email address that can't be used for the public. Edit. Albyn take online bills as proof, cya!

Appalling service. Waited a month for an appointment with specific doctor only to turn up and be seen 30 minutes late by different doctor who knew nothing about why I was attending appointment despite being evident on my notes by which time the steam was coming out my ears. Shall be registering with different GP surgery.

Don't understand what people are talking about when they say that the receptionists are rude. Never had any problems with that, always helpful and smiling. Overall very satisfied.

Awful service,never seen practice like that! Doctors are giving wrong prescription for a 2 week old baby! Reception staff are useless and very rude!!! Cant wait to change the practice!

Sorry, i cannot understand the complaints about the reception staff, personally i have found them to be friendly and professional. Complaints about waiting times also a bit bizarre, don't people realise that a lot if not most appointments are booked over the phone and that an appointment for a "minor" complaint can morph in too something completely different and more time consuming when you actually see the Doctor causing overunns which are outside the control of staff.
