The dentist is professional, and told me all my teeth are fine, just need to continue to floss use mouthwash and eat less sugary foods. I arrived on time and sent straight up to see the dentist. The dentist is informative and cleans your teeth, showed the X-ray of my teeth and told me how to look after them. The dentist also consulte me asking about how much I brushed them and medical history etc.  However when I was doing my registration, the receptionist insinuated I was foreign and crossed the wrong box.

I called to rearrange my appointment 1 week ahead of my scheduled appointment due to work commitments. The Receptionist was completely inflexible and told me that she could book me another appointment but the Dentist could cancel it if he fancied a couple of days beforehand, she couldn't guarantee it and I would have to call to check a couple of days ahead of new appointment to see what the Dentist had decided he would like to do. It makes no sense at all. I had trouble getting in touch with them for 2 days and to speak to somebody about the appointment, I had to leave a leave a message but nobody called back. Not a great service and very difficult if you are working and trying to make appointments instead of not attending. Very disappointed as the first visit was very good and the Dentist was great.

I see Dr (mrs) Vettasseri and I like many hate going to the dentist due to poor experiences when I was a kid. I find the service fantastic and really appreciate the patience and care shown to me on all visits. Annie Vettasseri really is helping my fear for the chair and I highly recommend.

Unhappy went here for a check up as I didn't have a dentist they pulled a tooth out now my teeth keep breaking

Had a problem with a filling. It had been filled a few times before so there wasn't much tooth left. Told the dentist this when I visited and asked for a bridge or cap. She didn't and the tooth failed and broke within a few weeks. Went back and I was told that it had to come out. The choice was they do it or I could goto the dental hospital. Went to the dental hospital and the dentist there asked what I wanted to do with the tooth. I said I would like it saved but was told it was past saving. He then shown me a letter of referal from the dentist which said that I refused treatment to have it saved and that asked for it to be pulled out! I went to another dentist who saved the tooth and capped it no problem! They lied and forwhater reason didn't want to treat me! I'd go somewhere else if I were you.
