Extremely poor customer service all round, from waiting on the phone for 20 minutes, to the rude short manner in which the secretary speaks to customers in person as well. 
As for their expertise; they rushed past obvious solutions for me, moving straight towards to the most expensive treatment on the list. There's plenty of other clean, well ran dental practices out there, where the staff treat customers / patients with respect.
This place needs a total revamp in my opinion.

Very lovely staff I was seen in the downstairs surgery and the ladies were very informative & helpful!
