Complete rip off. They charged me 55 pounds for offering advice on how to clean my teeth. I could get this advice on youtube for free. I was told this fee would include cleaning my teeth which they never did and yet they collected the full amount even when I protested. The hygienist just had a look at my mouth and kept probing my gums with a blunt object which caused me a lot of pain, and she appeared so insensitive when I said I was in pain. She should have informed me prior that this would cause me some pain or discomfort, but no, she couldn't be bothered. Shame on you guys because you are more interested in your money than in patients welfare. And to think that I registered as a private patient and have to pay everytime. But they are happy to recommend products for which they get a commission. Avoid if you can. I wish I never paid, this is so unfair! Money wasted in this difficult times. Greedy practice with a greedy hygienist.

After forty years as a patient with this practice, I cannot describe my disappointment on a recent visit. The dentist I feel failed to understand my concerns and appeared uninterested and detached. I was very upset when I left the surgery.
Dr Abbas and his team were absolutely amazing! He really took his time to explain what might be causing my toothache and made me feel reassured. Highly recommend!
Everyone is very helpful, friendly and informative which can help put your nerves at ease if you do struggle with that. The dentist I see here, Yasser, is the best I've ever seen by far. The quality of the work he's done for me is second to none and has really improved my confidence. I cannot reccomend this place highly enough!

The staff and service are second to none. All my life I have been nervous for days before my appointment - but now Sue, Michaela and Yassa make it so easy for me - I wish I had found this practice years ago. I have recommended it to all of my friends. No pain just just a great smiley service
Both my husband and I attended today for routine check ups, we were greeted by smart, polite reception staff. We both were seen by a locum dentist who was very professional and friendly. Our overall experience was highly satisfactory
I am writing this review on behalf of my wife who is still very upset. She says the dentist is the best there is but her experience with the hygienist today was deplorable. She was questioned protractedly about her ethnicity - wasting time on an irrelevant topic - and as a result her dental hygiene appointment was not completed satisfactorily. She was also encouraged to swallow what was in her mouth but insisted on spitting it out to find it full of blood. Higienist response was it's your blood so what's the problem. She will be looking for another practice which is a shame as she rates the dentist very highly.
