Popped in to see if I could get an adjuster for my brake that had fallen off and been lost. The owner was very helpful explaining that that that part came with a brake lever but he would hunt around to see if he had one. He duly found one and didn't charge, suggesting a charity donation instead. Great service.

I collected my bike after the owner serviced my bike. He had recommended replacing two new components which he did. When I collected my bike I had to return to the shop twice as the chain kept locking between gear changes on flat ground. When I politely pointed out the problem the owner switched on a web cam to record his view that I had made adjustments to the bike despite only collecting it minutes before. He was extremely challenging when I asked why he was recording my requests to make the bike roadworthy. He would not even try the bike outside his shop. I would not recommend this shop.

Came during the opening hours, and it was closed, ruined all my plans. Not so reliable.

Great service. Friendly, efficient and helpful. Gave us directions to another repairer too - cannot fault him!
