was keen to repair my machine until he found out he had to do so under warranty and get paid from the manufacturer. after that didn't hear back. They only say they are registered but obviously not!!! Extremely dissappointed and would not recommend
Very helpful. I had a Mosquito Magnet I had purchased from the US and Jed helped me to get it running with the right regulator and adaptor. He also helped me out with a couple of parts my machine was missing. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
Poor poor poor Never answer the phone, poor response to messages left..... Because no one answers the phone. Poor response to technical breakdowns. Would recommend and won't use again. Poor poor poor.
Bought a machine from this company and Euan was very knowledgeable and helpful with the setup and installation of my machine.
