Always long waiting time and selling the most expensive option! Be aware.... I've asked for first class parcel which cost me £11.50... I had with me 2 screaming babies so just paid and left. Only at home when I checked my receipt realized it was next day Saturday special charge! Nothing what I asked for! Very upset.

Worst post office in England [I've been to many nationally]. No triage system; You have to queue to simply ask for a form! Queues at all times of the day and the staff never any have sense of urgency! Lots of businesses using this service at their expense i.e. paying a member of staff to queue for 30 minutes to complete a basic transaction. I only go Walton-on-thames one now and buy international stamps online where possible.

Terrible and rude customer service and absolute money grabbers! Unfortunately I have had to use them a few times and each time I have been given first (with no explanation) the highest possible price for posting a parcel - insurance included, 1st class etc. The person serving me then got defensive when I said I don't want insurance and they should ask customers if they actually want it rather than adding it to begin with (her words "only £5 difference"). Disgraceful. Recommend you ask exactly what you are paying for or better still avoid this branch altogether!

Not quite sure what all the bad reviews are about, they're the most professional and friendly post office in the elmbridge area

Absolutely disgusted with Weybridge postoffice. Went in asked about foreign currency purchase in person, £500 of Euros. Told them I would be purchasing with cash. They said not a problem but declined to advise me that by ordering online and then collecting in branch I would receive a far better exchange rate. By going in and paying in cash £500 gave me Euros515. If I had 'clicked & collected' £506.87 would have given me Euros 550!!!!! That's £30+ difference. I'm no penny-pincher but this is a disgrace. Customer service? Duty of care? I will NEVER use them ever again!
