Useless, yet rude and condescending at the same time. Bravo. I know no-one likes councils, but this lot manage to transcend the normal level of incompetence.

The council hours says that is open till 4.30pm. Came to the council building at 4.28pm to my surpise council was closed and all desks cordon up. I am pretty sure it took them more then 10min cordon the desks. The council should change their opening hours or make sure that they still accept people until 4.30pm! !!
