the most appalling service ever. My green bin has been out on the street for 6 weeks and still no one collects it. Amey is a typical private corporate with government contracts who couldnt care less and dont do their job they are paid for

Quite frankly a money extorting organisation setup in the guise of representing its constituents, whereas in reality, seemingly their main and only concern is extracting maximum £'s from the people they represent. Seemingly there are all manner of tricks, charging you council tax for an empty property, parking tickets if you are 5 seconds late; I'm sure many more. Another great trait, is hounding you for payments even if you are out of the country, giving you methods of paying which are difficult if you are travelling, but still hounding you even when you give them all your payment card details to get them off you back, however of course, they can't accept a payment that way?!. They want money from you? - they will hound you, you lodge a complaint with them? - you will be lucky to hear anything. This kind of service and blatant disregard for anything other than extracting funds, quite frankly feels criminal and shouldn't be tolerated in our society.

,New vision homes repairs Woking, i have had a very bad experience with them several appointments have been missed the staff repeatedly deny responsibility i attended a meeting with certain members of n.v.homes and I was unable to finish my conversation they made excuses because they did not want to listen to what I had to say,the meeting was cut short, when I complained they denied it, if you go through the complaints process you have to go all the way because they will never admit responsibility, the laws should be changed so that tenants with complaints should be treated more fairly and claims dealt with more quickly, some tenants are having to wait inexcess of 1 year to be dealt with by the ombudsman, shame on new vision homes and Woking Borough Council descusting, just because they can't except they are wrong. More recently i have made a complaint about a streetlight that has not been working i reported this light 5 times over 3 months the light is still not working i complain to new vision homes spoke to kane, he informed me that the light is to be switched off at night time, this does not make sense because all the other lights are on except just this one in our area he claimed that surrey county council decide this, so i asked him for the contact details to surrey counnty council i rang the number he gave me and it was the number to a school, i got the correct number from google spoke to them they told me they do not decide it is new vision homes responsibility, im descusted how useless new vision homes are the investigation is still ongoing and the light is still not fixed 4 months on.

I do not have any housing queries but over the last 5 years I have found them very efficient and willing to help with planning enquiries and making payments for green bins etc. The waste collection system works very well.
