Right now, my flat is a FIRE hazard due to a massive hole in the roof that has been reported. Pests and birds are having free reign of the attic and if they start chewing the electric cables a fire can start. There's no water proof either - another dangerous hazard. This have been reported, there's no way I can reach these people over the phone so I have no idea of when this will be resolved. The pest controller has been here and told me that this is dangerous and they can't do much because the roof is basically open. I'm registering this here because in case the worse happens I want them to be accountable. PA Housing isn't in a position to provide housing, they should lose their contracts. They are putting people at risk - and getting paid for it.
Just so unbelievable how bad PA housing is. And their response to negative feedback is ridiculous. All the responses about how they strive to improve and how they feel the frustrations and empty apologies means nothing because they do nothing to improve as constant reviews show. If they actually felt bad then they would recruit the right amount of people and give the repair people a proper amount of time to get the right improvements done instead of having skeleton staff and giving them such a ridiculously busy schedule. I have an elderly relative with an issue with her property which has been going on for months. All PA housing do is send round the wrong people for the job which in turn means they have to go away and come back another day which actually rarely happens. This relative of mine has been crying down the phone to them and although they apologise this still has not been resolved so obviously these apologies are either empty or there is a massive breakdown in communication. Shame on PA housing for putting an elderly relative through such trauma and doing little about it. Am now just waiting for the reply to this where PA will say they understand my frustration and that they endeavour to improve and apologise or pass me to another department. Surely a company with a 1,9 review on google must take a look at themselves and realise how BAD they are. 1.9 is about as bad as it can get and STILL they do nothing to improve
7 months I've waited for my fence to be fixed !!! And still nothing keep being told oh yes we'll put that through to our manager to be signed off !? Weeks later call back for progress get another person...yeah that was never actioned I'm sorry you've had to wait this long. My fence is literally fallen down at this point and they're trying to say I did it after I moved in!?.the photos were done before I moved in and we were told to clear the space so they could fix it. My fence is broken if I'd known it would take 7 months I'd had had it fixed myself months ago,but yet again I was told it would be fixed. Pa are literally useless at this point. I will be contacting citizens advice
PA housing state they will respond to emails in 3 working days, instead they ignore emails for weeks on end and neglect repairs and queries. Anyone reading this, it’s time to complain to the ombudsman. These cowboys need to either hire competent staff or I am going to the newspapers about this, I’ll be contacting those who have left a review shortly. It’s going to be such bad PR for pa housing. Absolute joke.
Actually visiting this office we received good service. However, trying to ring PA Housing is a nightmare. Spent 30 mins hanging on the line waiting for someone to pick up the phone. Absolute disgrace
Avoid pa at all costs ul Have nothing but missery lies and no actual quillifided person to do repairs as well as all the c**p going on in my flat the whole building is falling apart stairs crumbling away but nothing a screw won't fix your not even regulated and still waiting for award winning part 10 years and still not seen anything award winning
I've just had my new service change come through from PA Housing and it has gone up over 100 % for 2023. Some one needs to audit them as quick as possible...
PA Housing is the most awful company, heard to reach, do not communicate simply the worst possible customer service ever.. they have taken our garages, taken existing residents parking spaces without a single word of communication to the residents other than notice its happening.. I have lived on this estate for a very long time and now cant park near my own home some days.. horrible company, horrible ethics..!
Do not answer the phone, get things wrong, altogether a poor service. I will add to this review, in the past KT heating did not provide a expected 24 hour service, i was assured London Drainage Would attend another problem and Fortem sent a plumber, and now i have been waiting 3 weeks for a reply to a tree problem. Paragon are quick to reply to negative feedback but not quick to address problems, and the person responding to these reviews has a inadequate answer. The CEO of Paragon needs to step down.
They should be sacked, have you waiting for over a year for kitchen repair, when you call about minor repairs they put you on hold for a long time, it feels there ruining your day.
