Every time I have to contact Surrey County Council for a specific issue there has been so much help and advice especially for the support too from the staff. I've been surprised how much help is there in times of difficult situations that can not be avoided.

Grass is over 3 foot on the central reservation on the a30 staines on the central reservation by the u turn point. None of your emergency numbers worked. Had to phone police instead. Someone is going to have an accident because of your incompetence

My daily vehicle is a camper van. I don't own a car. Why should I have to pay to take a few bags of rubbish to the dump? Why make recycling and doing the right thing so hard. I pay my taxes already

For the past 18 months, I've sadly had to be in close contact with this complete shower of an organisation. If you are thinking of moving into this area - DON'T!
