Disgraceful! I had a taxi booked at 8am on the app, I called at 7:58 to make sure that the taxi was on its way as I was catching a train at 8:25. I was greeted by a woman saying ‘...yeah, I was wondering about how we were going to get to you...’, is this a joke?? No apology, nothing. I’d had this booked from the previous day. So I had to get into my car and rush to the station, find a space in the car park and race to the platform. Needless to say I ended up missing my prepaid £160 train ticket...then my statement showed that Westside taxi had charged my card £1.01 for cancelling the booking! The cheek! I will NEVER use this company again and will ensure that all of friends and family pass this message on.

Very Good Service, phone staff are always polite and very helpful. Taxis are always punctual and the drivers are patient. The drivers are always very down to earth and incredibly polite and friendly. The service is very cheap and incredible quality. Hugely recommend! Best taxi in Crewe! Yeah

I was very happy with this company in the past, as drives were always on time and it was the cheapest taxi you could get in Crewe, but I don't know about that anymore. Last night I had taxi pre-booked for two way trip and each time I was overcharged for services. For a ride which should be tops £7-8, worst scenario £10, I was charged almost £12 on a way in and £14 on a way back. Also, first driver didn't know where he was going, and would not admit his mistake and still charge me all the same, the second one, took me shorter way but still from £10 something on a meter he went after two extra minutes drive to £14 with his meter switched, as soon he pulled in so I could not see what was amount showing. Not only that, the starting prices where something round £3.6 and £4.6. This is ridiculous. And also don't tell me that was night charge and the weekend as two weeks before that same taxi company charged me under £5 for each trip to the same place. Fair enough this time we had diversion, so if anything I should be charged something round £10 maximum, which I mentioned before. Also, wonder if it has something to do with the fact that last time my friend ordered a taxi for us, so some customers are treated special, and others aren't? Very dissapointed.

Every time I have ordered a taxi from this company, it is always an old car. Some if the cars are 15 years old! I think it is so disrespectful to customers, to make them pay higher than Uber prices for the quality that is offered. The drivers are the worst part. Some do not even offer to lift your luggage and place it in the boot. Most of the drivers, also, wear tracksuits or look like they have not washed in days. Words fail me to describe how poorly run this company is. But it is Crewe after all, so what can you expect.

Best taxi company in Crewe/Nantwich by far! Always using westside, drivers are always friendly, phone staff are polite and helpful and the prices are great, even in the early hours of the morning. Highly recommend👍🏼
