After the taxi was being late i contacted them and told them to ring me or send a text when it arrives. 30 minutes later I called them again and was told that that the taxi was waiting for 15 minutes and that I should have been waiting for it. There was no notification when taxi arrived neither sms nor call back and so after calling them back they said that they waited for 15 minutes and noone showed up even thoigh as i said before we did not get any notification to come out.

Needed to book a wheelchair accessible taxi to the train station in Crewe. Got told there was none available even though I was booking the taxi in advance for the day and time I needed it. Didn't think much of this until I tried all the other taxi companies in Crewe where I was told the exact same thing. So as a wheelchair user living in Crewe I am unable to book a wheelchair accessible taxi. I find it hard to believe that all the companies in Crewe have no wheelchair accessible taxis available, despite a large number of cabs that I see driving around Crewe are wheelchair accessible vehicles.

Avoid
The guy drove miles out of his way to take us home, when it’s normally one straight road
He thought we were drunk and was trying over charge us JOKE!

The speed limit is 55,the driver got behind the slowest car on the freeway and did 45 just to run up the bill on my drive to Manchester. Large semis were flying right past us.

AVOID. 
I would rather walk down to London and back in high heels than use Bee line. 
They forgot my booking... Even though it was half an hour later after I've booked it, then I've been told the taxi will be there soon... Another half an hour and the taxi finally turned up! Miserable driver and majorly overcharged!
