Really bad company. Rude drivers and ignorant. Booked a taxi for 2.30 am pick up. Because the clocks went back an hour last night they wanted to pick us up at 1.30am. How does that work. I booked and paid for 2.30. They argued with me for ages on the way out. No common sense. But I suppose you don’t have to be a genius to be a taxi driver. Never using again.
It was great the man/driver Paul was amazing kept his professionally and kept to the plan if needed asking questions it was very good. Me and friend got home quickly efficiently and how planned. Thank you for being so convenient and remembering whist I was busy having such a conversation of me mostly apologising. Thank you so much Paul people should take example for you n become an instructors cause that patients was amazing thank you. I book with rainbow first time when ever I need a taxi due to the excellent service I’ve received in the past but this time I’ve been waiting for 40 minutes for a taxi to arrive after calling 3 times to chase where it was no one knew. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was brilliant and really apologetic just disappointed that after being at work all day the last thing I want to do is wait nearly an hour to get home.
Cant complain about the punctuality of the driver, arrived bang on time, it is however no surprise as he was driving so fast! Also the cost of the fare was extortionately overpriced in comparison to every other company in the area. Would never use this company again.
Had the most disgusting service tonight my friends booked them n wanted to pick there 17year old daughter up on the way home n they refused to pick her up x so then my husband rang up to try and sort it out be threatened by a member of staff down the phone x needless to say we will not be asking for their custom again. Disgusting

So rude! Hung up on me mid conversation and then after i rang back and was finally able to book a taxi due to him complaining about my accent, he was then half an hour late.
I have just been stranded in Crewe thanks to Virgin trains. I had no way of getting home, was on my own and thanks to Phil at Rainbow Taxis am now in a cab heading to Manchester. Thank you! You are lifesavers!!!
Horrendous, lied to me saying the driver knocked on the door cos he was waiting, I have a door bell never heard it! Then got told I am supposed to wait around outside for the driver and the operator said and I quote well he's gone now bye! Terrible
I would score zero.Booked a taxi and waited for ages, claimed they were waiting outside and beeped their horn. Sorry but I don’t rate them at all. Avoid avoid avoid!!!
