Needed to book a wheelchair accessible taxi to the train station in Crewe. Got told there was none available even though I was booking the taxi in advance for the day and time I needed it. Didn't think much of this until I tried all the other taxi companies in Crewe where I was told the exact same thing. So as a wheelchair user living in Crewe I am unable to book a wheelchair accessible taxi. I find it hard to believe that all the companies in Crewe have no wheelchair accessible taxis available, despite a large number of cabs that I see driving around Crewe are wheelchair accessible vehicles.

Refused to pick up my husband, because of 'the length of time he takes to walk to the car and because he is unstable', my husband suffers from MS. This company has their licence granted from the council, they are obliged to collect passengers who are disabled.
