Awful service, left my partner stranded and refused to answer any calls or messages. When we eventually managed to get in touch with the driver, at 2:30 am after the taxi was due to pick her up at midnight he said he had called and sent a text to her which was unanswered so he presumed we did not want the taxi. Her phone battery had died however he had my number and could have tried that? Charged her phone the next day, no missed calls or text messages received. At least other taxi companies in the area had the decency to say they did not want to pick her up due to the roadworks at that time, rather than cancel a booked taxi without notice.

Martin and Jackie provide a good value excellent service. They are always on time and keep in touch so that you are not left wondering. They are inside the terminal building waiting when on airport transfers. Good luck to them. Ivor Prosser - Sandbach
