My Dad ended his final 8 months of life at Westhaven & I couldn’t have asked for better care that they have him. All the staff are so caring & made Dad feel so cared for. I want to especially thank Julia & Simon, they both went above & beyond in taking care of my Dad - we will never forget the love & compassion they showed him. I also want to thank the manager Maureen for always having her door open to listen & offer advice. Thank you xx
My Father was at West Haven for 8 months until he passed away. The care and compassion that we all received by the lovely staff was truly life changing and we will never forgot your kindness. My Dad adored Julia and Simon who looked after him the majority of the time, however, all the staff, including the lovely Matron Maureen can be commended for their empathy and thoughtfulness.
If you need a care/nursing home you can trust you will find no better than Westhaven, it's brilliant.
My mum was in Westhaven for 2 years and I've got to say the staff and the care she recieved was brilliant.
A very safe and clean home, with very friendly staff who prioritize the need of residents.
