It has been closed for a refurb but it still looks grubby and sad. Apparently they just did the ceiling tiles. Water is a good temperature. I go to the over 50's sessions. 11 am to 12 lunch. Gets a busy crowd but every is calm and gentle no screaming kids to deal with. Just great.
Reception nice. Changing area gross, dirty, dated. Toilets even worst, dirty, smell of urine, dated. Swimming pool ok regarding cleanest but water cold. We will not go there again.
Hopefully the whole place had a makeover i stopped going there as it was so grubby the changing rooms were discusting with a llike a build up of grime on the floor. Also one member of staff a lifeguard really rude. Would take more than 3 months for issues to be sorted.
Was in the concourse looking for the medical centre that was clearly sign posted that way hmmm only to be told it was over the road !that's great but when you have difficulty walking its not so great please could the sign be removed
We usually take our child to this pool as the others have been strategically closed or are closed.nNever really had much of an issue until today 16/02/2025nWe went fairly early 10.30 as it quieter so we can help our daughter learn how to swim firstly the pool itself had what I can only describe as small poo floaties size of 20p aswell as other bits never noticed the the pool to be so dirty usually it was pretty off putting additionally the mum and baby rooms the poo smeared on the wall and it looked pretty grubby I know the council are cutting back. But the Romans bathed cleaner than this! Sort it out Wirral council or just closed it with the others
