Absolutely brilliant! A big thank you to Helen, Nicholas, Emma and Beth for selling my house so fast. They were really helpful, keep me up to date every week. They are very professional and trustable. I do highly recommend Westcoast. Customer service was exceptional!

I used Westcoast to manage my property as a rental while overseas for 5 years. They made it easy, found good tenants, managed repairs, everything I needed. I really recommend them. I did the same thing 2 before with other Agents, and honestly Westcoast were much better.

Cannot recommend Westcoast Properties enough. We were debating using Purple Bricks because of the cheap rates but Helen and Emma's local knowledge persuaded us to go with Westcoast instead. We are so glad we made this decision as the service we have receieved has been worth every single penny. Once we had accepted an offer, Beth Nash took over as the 'sales progressor' and she has been the only person keeping us sane throughout the highs and lows of selling and buying a house. Beth is professional, personable and incredibly proactive. She is really worth her weight in gold and the process of moving would be much less stressful if everyone in the process could be more like Beth! We have recommended Westcoast to all our friends and families.

I approached Westcoast to sell my property in November 2021. Long story short, they bought me two ‘great buyers’ with whom they did not complete due diligence and as a result they were unproceedable wasting time. Various members of the Westcoast team would ring myself and my partner up and give us contradicting information and advice. On other occasions they would ignore our calls and emails for days on end until we went into branch to ask for updates. Westcoast’s incompetence has cost us thousands of pounds in ‘aborted legal fees’ and caused considerable stress. Please avoid this place at all means, there are plenty of agencies in the local area that are more professional. I ended up using a different agency who were able to secure sale of my property within 2 months considerably over asking price providing excellent service. If it was possible to put 0 stars for Westcoast, I would.

Have just completed and collected the keys to a lovely cottage in Weston Super Mare. The Weston office of Westcoast have been amazing all the way through the long and complicated purchase. Abi has been so helpful in pushing all the way to the end. Thanks again!!

Westcoast should be highly ashamed of themselves. When leaving property they don't give deposit back and try fleecing you for it. Not helpful when work on the property had to be done due to no fault of mine but landlords holiday was far more important to get westcoast to sort anything as landlord has westcoast to manage property on his behalf. Me and my children had no toilet in the house working properly as needed a new sistern installed. Will never use westcoast ever again and do not recommend to anyone either. A bunch of rude con artists.
