Ocean estate agents were great from the start of the process to the finish. This was my first house purchase and even before looking in Bradley stoke area Ocean Clifton were great. Then when my search took me into the Bradley Stoke the team were brilliant. This was mainly due to being quite open with what was happening throughout the process but especially after a deal was made, and genuinely caring about the process of the deal. A special thanks to Emily Webb who took over my purchase after the deal was made, she went out of her way to show me the property again and let me measure up, answered all my queries and put up with any chasers even when it ultimately ended up being my solicitors holding up the process. I could no recommend an estate agents more and will likely use them again in the future!
Having just used Ocean Estate Agents, Bradley Stoke, to find new tenants for my rental property I must say how delighted I was with the service I received. My main contact was Lily whom I found to be highly professional, knowledgeable and understanding of my requirements During the whole process she was extremely efficient and made sure that if she promised to do something then it would be done in a timely manner. If for any reason she was not going to be available then she would make sure that her colleague Sam who is also extremely professional and knowledgeable would deal with any issues which may arise. Overall I am extremely pleased with how Lily dealt with the whole process and found suitable tenants for my property. I will definitely contact her in the future if I am looking to find tenants for my property again.
Ocean have been great from start to finish with my sale as estate agents and with my legal proceedings they handled my sale and my onward purchase. They moved quickly to secure a good sale price for my property and put lots of effort into the sales details. My move manager Emily was always available and SO patient and always friendly considering how often I bugged her and Kelly my solicitor was very on the ball, I've had a really positive experience with Ocean and would absolutely recommend them!
Having dealt with the sale of our property, we would highly recommend Ocean Estate Agents Bradley Stoke. We’re on the market looking to buy, and after being let down once from an accepted offer to purchase and now currently in a situation from a house we potentially would love to have, has left us feeling somewhat frustrated. We sold our house in 2020 with Ocean Bradley Stoke and I honestly cannot speak highly of them enough. Proficient and professional! "Sam Bonizzi" the one who assisted me from the beginning of finding a rental property till the final process of occupancy, his approach was excellent. He has mastered customer service and was cool and nice in handling every steps ahead.
