I popped into their office just to cross-check the cost of finding prospective tenants after having given the go-ahead to another agency which should remain nameless. Jess got all the information the following day shortly after visiting the property. Within 24 hours the property was live on the net & the following day it was let. They have already arranged 4 other viewings for the following day as well. In total, 36 hours from walking into their office to agreeing to let in principle, the referencing followed swiftly.
