Always welcoming, friendly and available for advice. All staff members are cyclists of some sort so are enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
Staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. We were having major problems setting up our new Smart trainer and the assistance they gave us was just brilliant. I can't recommend these guys highly enough, fabulous service with a smile

Can’t fault customer service. Had on going issues with my turbo trainer purchased from NRG, which they helped to resolve in store and with the manufacturer. Provided set up help and kept me on in the loop with the replacement unit. Staff are friendly and really helpful. My favourite bike shop in Tees Valley.

Great LBS although not really Local for me ! I've had 3 bikes from Simon at NRG and I've always had excellent value and brilliant customer service from them. I travel over 50 miles to NRG to buy my bikes because of this. I was looked after really well as a new customer in 2016 and became a returing customer because of this. Nothing is a problem and if it's within their power they'll help you from chasing the supplier 5 times a day to giving advice on setting a rear disc brake caliper for a race. Proper Local Bike Shop staffed by guys who not only know bikes but do love the environment. I'll be back for another bike and a bike for my youngest anyday now !
Brilliant, friendly service today from everyone at NRG Thornaby when I needed help with repairs to my dropper post cable and lever. Sorted me out right away without fuss & for a very reasonable price. I've already put my name on their service waiting list and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. 5*
Excellent service & knowledgeable advice from Simon & his very helpful staff. Helped me making the right choice of bike & fixed up my older bike. Been back to shop for other items.will definitely be back again. Worth more than 5 stars
