I had been trying to find a particular bike model sirrus x 2.0 for the last 8 months and nowhere had any stock, fortunately I contacted Bike Scene and these guys were able to provide the correct bike model and size. The delivery was also very quick 2 days bike packaged and built superbly well, appreciated an after sales call to check everything was OK. Would highly recommend

Fantastic.  Stumbled across them on Google whilst trying to find a frame, they had it in the size I wanted at a good price.  Called the store next day who took my order and even agreed to fit a headset for me if I got it delivered to them, they were happy to take the time and advise on what headset to buy etc.  I bought this frame after having some issues with a frame I'd bought from PlanetX and experiencing their abysmal customer service.  Bike Scene put them to shame and show what a great small business should be about! I can't recommend them enough and I am grateful for their kind service.  I will definitely put my business their way in the future.  Only complaint would be it took a few days to arrive and the tracking information did not work, but that was down to TNT not the store, I can only suggest changing their courier.

Put a bike in for repair as gears were jumping after I changed the chain, got a bill for £250 for repair and parts when in reality all it needed was the correct chain !! Would NEVER use them again.

Brilliant shop and great workshop.  Had a couple of issues with a frame and they sorted it as well as bleeding the Sram brakes we all hate to do!!

Did a 160 mile round trip to get my Kenevo motor replaced by this team. Excellent service from 1st email contact to driving away, they couldn't do enough for me and my bike. I would do the trip again in a heartbeat. A great shop with a dedicated customer focused ethos. Keep up the good work guys and gals

I went into the store yesterday, really confused on what to buy, I'd been looking for a new bike for weeks and   paul helped me decide on the new stuntjumper evo alloy, the whole team especially Paul were really helpful and would recommend them to anyone looking for there next bike-

You would have to go a long way to find a better bike shop than Bike Scene in guisborough.m Great stock and selection but more importantly the guys that work here are so helpful and skilled. 2 years ago me and my mate done an off-road charity ride for cancer and my mates gears started playing up after been out 10 minutes. It was lucky we where close to bike scene, the guys got us back on the road within 10 minutes.

Had a problem with my front forks they would not hold air took the forks off and to me it look like it need new seals took it to bike scene and they diagnosed the problem in few minutes a lose valve they fixed with the turn of a screw driver...Great bike shop probably the best in area...

Great team and excellent service. Dave showed me round and made sure I got a bike that suited my size and needs. Came away with a specialized fuse comp 29 all set up ready to go. I'm as happy with the bike as I am the service I received.

Bought a new electric bike from Bike Scene. Having not ridden a bike for  many years David was absolutely great, showed me all the need to know bits and pieces,  assembling the bike from its delivery condition to suit my needs. I have been in the shop a few times since and can only praise and thank all the staff for their help and knowledgeable advice , Many thanks, Doug.
