Great Service from Dan at Skinnergate Cycles. I bought a Trek bike a few years ago great service then aswell and I had an issue with the back wheel, even though it was out of warranty Dan took up the issue with Trek and got them to replace it. He didn't need to do that but I really appreciate him going the extra mile, Kudos
Skinnergate stand well above - their team is very knowledgeable about their products but also are very customer centric - they engage warmly, listen patiently and find the right solution for you. As importantly, their aftersales is excellent. They are supportive and if does cost - it is because you will get a good result.
I spoke with Dan,Graham and Recce. All of them were very helpful and got me the correct part when other suppliers failed. I would definitely recommend them.
Great customer service, friendly and sincere advice. Good quality products but somewhat more expensive.
Easy to order - requested a bike over the phone to pick up a week later, had confirmation the day before the bike was ready to collect with the required adjustments and additions. Picked up the bike on the planned day in and out the shop in 5 minutes.
Terrible customer service make sure to go in if you have a few hours to spare because you will be weighting a long time to be served he was there bizy having a conversation with a customer and I was literally weighting for 20 minutes they didn’t even look at me after 20 minutes I had no choice but to walk out and the queue was only the guy he was talking to and me I would say if you have a day of work then go otherwise you will be weighting forever to be served they have a far to laid back and not bothered attitude look for example if they are people in the quo all it takes is for the staff to politely say to the customers weighting to be served that sorry I am dealing with a customer won’t be long just a bit of interaction with the customers weighting for a long period of time would be good instead of ignoring them like you did with me I just walked out after I was weighting so long and no reassurance or any interaction by the staff so even though you have a give a customer full time policy also think about the customers weighting to be seen maje them feel welcome aswell little interaction won’t effect your policy

Dealt with Dan and any issues I've had which had small issue with dropper seat post and rear shock has been sorted - Would advise anyone to get your bike from there.
I am a returning customer to Skinnergate cycles and will only use Skinnergate from now on. The staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable and explained what repairs I needed and also the parts I needed.
