I bought a car here in 2014. The car was ok however I have found the after-sales service poor. Shortly after buying the car I noticed faults which should have been picked up by the dealer before they sold it, namely a poor seal on the driver's door and the fuel cap lock not working. I returned the car to them however they charged me for the work, despite the faults being present on the car when I bought it. I have often found one of the managers, Steve, a very aggressive up-seller when it comes to having the car serviced. Last year he convinced me I needed new wiper blades, which I didn't think I did. I took his word for it and they fitted inferior ones which constantly jumped across the wind-screen. I threw them away and bought another set. Every time my car has been in for service I have had a predictable call from him wanting to sell me their "ultimate package deal", which I think is a con however he does try and push it. I have decided to have my servicing done else-where from now on.

We bought a Corsa from West Wycombe in 2011, the service has always been great, with good advice and excellent rates. It's been serviced and maintained by them for the last 6 years, they are a pleasure to deal with.

very good staff , allways out to help you out that's what I call loyalty , and the cars are excellent great place..

The three year old 'low mileage' car I purchased from this business developed a fault in under three months, which I have not yet been able to resolve. I have not found their proposed resolution financially acceptable.
