Your staff that works at 664 London road west Thurrock. RM30 3JT is extremely unprofessional. I don't know his name but he is the only one that works there. A Tall indian guy. 

he refuses to take drop and go parcels, refuses to take large boxes because of space, does not greet customers etc. this morning I took a track 48 parcel to him and he refused to take it, asking me to take it to the town centre which involved me carrying a very heavy box all the way to the mall. He does not take drop and go parcels, claiming to work alone. I cant be the only one that has complained. he is extremely rude to everyone. I will find out his name and send to you but this needs to be investigated.

Small “post office” and they have nothing to do with this job or even Royal Mail. I’ve tried to send my driving license to DVLA and they don’t do this kind of things, and this happened after I waited 20 min. on the queue.

Worst post office worker ever i meet, never smile, allways on bad atitude, never take parcel if he run out of space on his small shelf. Very poor service
