Perfect for theatre parking behind the Mayflower but good for the town and Guildhall too. Just up the hill from the train station. Not too expensive and easy to access. A little tight on the up/down. Pillars everywhere. Bit of gridlock trying to leave as everyone trying to turn right up the hill to the ring road and get stopped by the traffic light. If you go left then right and up past the Mayflower you end up joining the same ring road and don't block the car park or stuck in the traffic.
I don't recommend parking here if you're seeing something at the Mayflower. It took almost an hour to get out of the bloody car park. It would be worthwhile parking a 5-10 walk away, you might actually be able to start your car again before midnight...
The parking spaces are very small and obstructed by many pillars. Exiting the car park takes a very long time when a performance ends at the Mayflower theatre. The éxit empties to a road with very long winded traffic lights. If you are parked on any floors other than ground level be prepared for an extremely long wait. Bring snacks.
It’s a car park, not much to say really ! Close to the Mayflower theatre , but bedlam getting out as most of the theatre had parked there . Very good value . Quite narrow spaces , hubby had to climb out via the passenger seat
Good place to park for the Mayflower or Sea City museum. Prices aren't too steep and neither are the ramps. As with any multistorey the parking spaces can be tight. Stairwells are open so relatively aroma-free.
