Nice little train station. Travel here often from Wolverhampton. A range of trains that can travel to quite a few places. Staff are helpful when you need help. The boards are very clear and accurate when you walk in. It has a cafe on the one platform and a few small shops in case. Overall an OK train station.

26 pounds for a return ticket to Gatwick can't be bad.I also use the station and trains to go to work on occasion.The staff have always been polite and helpful.Even the people on the barrier are happy to help.It's a train station and that's all i ask of it.No complaints from me.

I travelled to London today 24/11/2017 and used the ladies rest room on No 1 platform at 9.45am they were disgusting with overflowing sanitary towel disposal bins. It says they are checked every hour. Well on my return I used the same rest room at 15.20 and it was still the same, dirty and the overflowing sanitary bins had not been touched.Yet the form was signed for every hour the last one at 15.00 hours . Something is wrong here and obviously whoever is responsible is not doing their job properly

My wife and I travel here from portsmouth. We find it a nice enough station. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
