Good location, plenty of spaces available and fair value for money. Clearly rats in the area but they have pest control measures in place with visible bait boxes.
We used this car park whilst staying at the Premier Inn, it’s an easy level walk to the hotel, with bags and cases. The car park is also convenient for the Mayflower theatre, pubs bars and restaurants, we found it easy to find, clean and well lit. The cost was reasonable compared to other car parks locally.
Stuck in bad traffic so almost late for a gig, open air next door was full so had to park here. Only spaces left were the ones with concrete pillars meaning the spaces are VERY TIGHT. If there's anybody next to you, you have to park at an angle, if they haven't already, & worry all evening that your car is going to get scraped or knocked by the car next to you. Luckily we got back before them so got away unscathed but you can barely open your car door, & some of them you can't even open. I've only got a Fiesta & I struggled! Glad we found somewhere to park but will avoid as much as I can in the future. Close to amenities, & speedy & plentiful payment machines so the queue goes quickly
Easy to find carpark, cheap compared to others.nVery handy for near by premier inn.nLocked between midnight and 5.30am.nPayment machines ok, positioned in a small foyer. Little concerned on first time of paying there was a sleeping bag and bags left on the floor. Next time these had fortunately gone.nParking very tight, everyone claims the middle bays first away from the pillars. Parked in a space next to pillar was able to get out but then a car parked next to drivers door and couldn't get between the car and pillar! Had to scramble over passenger side!
Used this car park to visit the theatre. Spaces are tiny - good luck if you have a car bigger then a corsa.nnAlso group of lads were sat on the steps skinning up when we came back from the theatre. Not a great place to park.
