Worst car park ever. Stuck here and could not go and visit my poorly dad in hospital and now I cannot go pick up my children. My car has been stuck for almost 4 hrs now. What a joke. Never again will I park here!!

Worse car park ever! I've been stuck here for over 1 hour and not moved! There are families trying to get out but no information given and the council is closed so you cannot contact them!

Worst car park ever! Stuck for over 3 hour today...signs that say 'expect delays' INSIDE the car park but no mention prior to going in!!! No one around to offer any explanation!! Don't use this car park! According to other google searches this has happened before...

Missed the closing time, great security officer let us in to collect car. Very friendly, great service and came across as no bother to him, though it must be frustrating. Thank you.
