Easy multi storey car park that has cameras to scan your registration, so no tickets etc. Easy to operate, nice big bays and close to the city centre or for visiting the Wave. The Wave gives you 2hrs free parking if using its facilities, just tap your registration in at the desk. To pay just tap your registration in and pay the fee, then simply drive out, no faffing with tickets, all operates as it should. The car park also has EV chargers on most levels, not sure on costs but they are there anyway.

Nice and central but the paymentsvjime was out of order.   I only found out there was an app I could use from a random stranger.  Did not have a card with me, so had to ring home at 11.30pm to get card details.   Not great

As stated in other reviews the lifts are still out of order, which is a shame as a good car park. If like us you have wheelchair user, try and find disabled bay on level 0, which is same level as street. Not too expensive either. Machines did say free for disabled badge holders, but no idea how you prove that, as no option on pay kiosk to say disabled badge holder. If they fixed the lifts it would be a great car park!

This used to be my favourite central car park as it's new and close to the bars, but now the price has gone up from £1 after 6pm, to £1 an hour!! Such a massive rip off, costs a small fortune to come out for a drink now. Now I drive to Leamington where the parking is free and the bars are classier. Sure fire way to drive people away from the city centre :

I found the car park OK but wasn't sure how to pay. Luckily I spoke to someone and found out. When you arrive your car's registration number is read automatically. You find a space and park. When it's time to collect your car and leave you locate the payment machine. I found one on the ground floor by the pedestrian entrance/exit. You tap in your registration number and the machine displays the amount you have to pay. I paid by contactless. Then when you drive to the exit your reg number is read again and, if you've paid the correct amount, the barrier raises and off you go.
