A company very cleverly designed to get money off people. My parking permit slipped off the dashboard and was visible in their photo evidence, despite the really poor quality of the photos. I appealed and was asked to send a copy of the permit. They then replied saying they stand by their original decision, however they were willing to now accept £15 instead of the original £60 (£100). What was the point in asking for a copy of the permit? What's funny is they end letters with "assuring you of our best intentions at all times". It's exactly that, their best intentions to make money. They rely on the attendants giving out lots of tickets and hoping a certain percentage of people don't appeal, or feel too threatened by the letters, website, and nonexistent helpline. By making their final decision very quickly it forces you to take it to an independent body to appeal further. By which stage for most people is not worth the hassle.

We all need to form a revolt to make parking in England possible... not impossible. Not only is the UK parking establishments thieves of our money but they are thieves of our precious time also. Extreme action needs to be taken.

I completey agree with others feedback. A completely disgusting company who are out to rob people. They deliberately make it near on impossible to appeal the issue of a parking invoice. The website form of appeal does not allow you to send the appeal. Upon contacting the company they told me to send the appeal to their email address. I phoned them for confirmation of receiving my appeal to which they then advised I was not allowed to appeal this way. Trying to make everything so difficult so you just pay. Very clever! Unscrupulous!

AVOID ALL UKPC CARPARKS, THEY ARE ROUGE AND A CON. Appalling company, they do not even bother to read or respond appropriately to any appeals letter, they will send you a standard template letter with a response that does not address the points you raised and stating they do not take part in any alternative dispute resolution and referring you to POPLA (once you go to POPLA if they do not accept your appeal you are no longer able to pay the reduced fee). Will be contacting other media outlets regards this company.

Did not want to give a star but had to. Got a parking ticket for not not displaying a permit in my parking space with my permit hanging in the window. Took a photo and can see my permit next to the fine on my window. I park there every day and have no reason to take my permit out. Want to fine me 100. Cannot contact by phone and website does not work. Great. Joke of a company.
