Absolutely love this place! Cannot get over how nice and friendly ALL of the staff were. My particular medical professionals were absolutely outstanding! The receptionist was amazing with her smile and courtesy. They need to be recognised too! Thank you! I would definitely choose to to go here which is over an hour away from me than treliske. No offence just better for the patients!

Excellent care this morning from Amanda, Sarah and Eve hope I got the names right . Also Dr Peters,  I was reassured before my discharge and well looked after through many tests . Thankyou all . Also the lady on reception. Not forgetting the porter Peter.

Excellent urgent care hospital, Drs, nurses and staff.  I received very efficient, care and treatment there.  Such a well organised unit, even under this pressurised time of year. Thank you.

Small but good little hospital. A+E dept doesn't have long waiting times and can deal with you there if treliske isn't necessary. Can have day patient proceedures done for here. Could make better use of this hospital tho but with staffing issues a cross the NHS, little hospitals all over the country are left under used putting pressures on big on hospitals. What a mess this country is in

Very grateful of their service, had an emergency walk in around 8am and was quickly received. Left after two hours with some medication, very grateful for the doctor and the nurse

just spent 6 hours here to be told my daughter has a bug and requires no treatment had bloody diarrhea for 2 days straight 111 told us we she needs to be seen in 2 hours!! no tests done at all what a joke

had to take my 87 year old mum to A and E last night because her permanent catheter was leaking.  ~she was dealt with by Angela who sorted everything out and came out to let me know what was going on.  Mum waited about 10 minutes to be seen.  Excellent service as usual.  thank you Angela

Slipped on a wet staircase and cut my elbow deeply. Went to West Cornwall around 7pm. By 8, I had been triaged and X-Rayed. By 9, I had been seen by a nurse practitioner and a doctor. All fixed up and home by 9:30.  I am very grateful to the staff.  Everyone was kind, friendly and very helpful.  Thank you!

Friendly staff, short waiting times, ample parking available in the morning & a local cat provides entertainment by trying to slip past security

What a great team of people, went in for gallbladder bladder removal and was put at ease straight away by this friendly, professional bunch of people. Thank you so much, big love from the Scilly Kiwi
