Just got home from dental surgery where the whole team epsecially the team that treated me Rik, Julie, Charlotte and Ross and anyone else who helped me in the in the surgical/dental department were absolutely fantastic, caring, compassionate, and friendly and worked very well as a team. I had both lower wisdom teeth removed which the surgeon said were quite difficult to remove so ended up staying for a bit longer. Was under General Anesthetic for the first time and everything was made clear and was made to feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Cannot recommend the whole team at the hospital enough. My partner who waited in the foyer who got a little nervous as I was gone for longer than expected was also made to feel very welcomed by the reception staff and security/porter and says they were very friendly and efficient at their job.nnThank you again for all your help it is much appreciated.nnLuke
The staff team here are fantastic I have suffered with cyclic vomiting syndrome for 4years now and out of all hospitals in the Cornwall area I have been admited wch team has always treated me fairly and quickly without judging and always friendlynJust like to say thank you and keep up with the amazing work :
On Saturday evening December 28th my husband had an accident and broke his ankle. We attended Penzance hospital snd the care he received was fantastic. We were on holiday from South Wales and were quite shaken up but all the staff were amazing. He was seen very promptly and we were very impressed with the quality of his care. Thank you.
I am sat in the blue waiting room and water is dripping out of an electrical conduit pipe. Sad to say it is a reflection of poor funding. All the staff we have had contact with have been great.
Felt so at ease the moment I walked in..really caring friendly staff with a sense of humour with what you may think to some maybe a difficult procedure. Enjoyed the moment even though I dreaded it the day before. Thank you to the team . X
