What a fantastic hospital. The staff are wonderful, kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Doctor Adel Hussain is the most wonderful, caring, kind doctor as is doctor daisy. I'm not sure where they hide their wings. All the staff have been first class. A heart felt thank you to them all. Thank goodness for people like you, in the world
I went to the hospital because a piece of glass went into my eye. I was in a lot of pain when I arrived. Most of the staff were kind and helpful.nnThe doctor who examined my eye, I believe his name was Dr. Jack, told me that there was nothing in my eye. I explained several times that I felt glass in my eye, but my eye was not thoroughly checked and the issue was not identified. When I left the hospital, I was still in severe pain.nnLater, i checked my eye and removed a small piece of glass. This was disappointing, as I expected the problem to be identified during my hospital visit. I hope this feedback helps improve examinations and patient care in the future.
Went into urgent care with a mild head concussion. Hardly had to wait and had excellent care from the triage nurse and the doctor there. Wonderful service couldn’t fault it in any way.
Took my fiancee in on Friday to get her knee looked at after a bad football injury at 9pm the evening before. Lady who “looked after her” was useless, patronising and sent her away with a sheet to do exercises. No pain relief. Nothing.nMy fiancee was in so much pain on the Monday that she couldn’t barely walk and went all the way in to PZ to have it looked at again. The lady who did her Xray said it was all fine on Friday, different wonderful lady who looked at it today said there’s ligament damage, a nasty sprain and fluid on her knee. Disgusting treatment from the first woman. Needs revamping, the whole service.
Very good experience. Went in for ear surgery and all the staff were fantastic. They were clear in their advice and made it a chill experience. Thanks everyone!
