After my first session with Verity it was hard to pinpoint how I felt, I came to kinesiology with no expectations....but it was like she had seen straight into my soul without saying a word. I initially came to Verity seeking relief from my lifelong suffering of migraines. Not only has the frequency and severity of them reduced, but kinesiology has enabled me to look at all aspects of my life with fresh eyes. It has been a process of vulnerability, exposing truths and dealing with past traumas, so an incredibly emotional ride, but also an enormous feeling of liberation. I came away from my final session with the words, 'I feel released from myself' on the tip of my tongue. And that is the lasting feeling I will have about my sessions with Verity, that everything I need, need to say, and need to do, is right there, exposed for me to take into my life. Verity is wonderfully calm, professional, reassuring, and like I said- with hardly any dialogue at all- she heals. I have found the whole process very cathartic, and I will go forwards with my life and my family now with clarity, love, and an abundance of confidence in my place in the world.

After being a little Sceptical of having online treatment, I returned for more sessions with Verity and the results have been steady and transformative. I went for eating issues with allergies. Verity picked up that it was partly psychological and continued to treat my head as much as my body. She had me laughing and crying in close vicinity, and released tensions that were there since who knows when. It felt similar to having Reiki and Verity is an intuitive, friendly and positive energy and I would recommend her if you need a kinesiologist for sure! Really easy to get on with and her friendly accessible manner puts you at ease immediately.

Book with Verity… she is an amazing Kinesiologist. Compassionate, fun, intuitive and informative. Zoom treatments are so convenient and as powerful as seeing the wonderful Verity in person without the hassle of travel time.

I thoroughly recommend Verity. I have received treatments from her for sometime now & find her consistent in her approach. She is professional, knowledgeable & makes her clients feel at ease.
