I have had the best care at this surgery all the doctors and nurses have been wonderful, reception girls are lovely they always treat you with respect, I’ve been with this Surgery for over 8 years and never had anything to complain about.nI have my regular vaccinations with no trouble.  Thank you to them all

Poorly managed, they have outsourced the flu and covid vaccinations to a contractor and washed their hands of any of their patients who haven't been contacted to get vaccinations this year. At the very least they should offer to speak to the contractor to get vaccinations planned but they don't. Its a very poor service and leaves the most vulnerable in the community open to getting really sick.

A GREAT SERVICEn===============nI took mum on holiday for a week to Mullion Cove. Unfortunately, she had some issues with her leg and bandaging. Caused by some rather determined Cornish flies!!!nnI called Helston Community hospital, who said they couldn't help, I was told I should try calling 111 or travel 20 miles to Cambourne Hospital. I do not drivennSo, I called 111, they couldn't help, suggested I call my GP and arrange an electronic prescription?nnSo, I called my GP, who said, we do not do the electronic prescriptions 111 told you about, can you bring her to the surgery? So, they couldn't help either!nThe local surgery was over 300 miles awaynnDesperate, I called the Mullion & Constantine Group Practice.nnThey were absolutely brilliant!n-----------------------------------------------nThey had no appointments locally at Mullion, but the practice manager booked me an appointment at the Constantine centre for 14:00 the same day!nnWhen we arrived, the friendly practice manager, had me fill in a simple form to register mum as a temporary patient, she was seen by two lovely nurses Carrie & Tamara, who rebandaged mums leg.nnPlease can I give a heartfelt thanks to all the staff at both practices. You really helped mum and myself out.nnPlease support the NHS, support the Nurses, support the Doctors, and support all other NHS staff who make the system work even after 13 years of under investment and realterm wage cuts.nnApologies for any spelling mistakes or omissions!

Whilst on holiday my husband developed a severe ear infection and needed to consult a doctor. This centre provided an immediate appointment and the doctor we saw was professional and efficient providing an antibiotic spray which worked well. Thank you to all at this Health Centre.

For the last 6 years my wife she's be in hell why'd this surgery, some the doctor ar ok someone not at all.nReceptionist continue made mistakes on repiten medications , forgotten to send prescription to the chemists, send wrong requested medications to the chemists, someone of receptionist exposed medicol confidential issues of my wife autside of the surgery,  criminol offence my wife needs speak urgently to the GP and sometime be told need waiting tre weeks before ghets one phone appointment . Plus bombarding my wife and my self asching to many medicol reason way need speak or see the GP medicols questions the ar extremely confidential betuin GP and patient, I no they need ask questions, but 3 o4 at ok, not ok when the ar more the 10 questions.
