I went there many times to use the Pay Point but the only English-speaking member of staff there always told me it was broken. The lighting inside is very dim, there isn't much space to walk around without knocking into display stands or a refrigerator. Each and every time I went to West End News, I was intimidated by aggressive customers who live a few doors away from this convenience shop. The atmosphere inside West End News is unwelcoming, to say the least.
