WOW! Is what I can say. Stayed here over night and made full use of the hot tub to relax. The whole place stayed warm and cosy. I didn’t want to leave! So much care taken on the inside to provide such authenticity & comfort & so scenic outside. Perfect for a wedding!

Excellent venue for a stag do!! The pictures do not do the place justice. You have exclusive use of the house and grounds meaning noise is no issue and you can arrange to have activities brought to you so no one has to drive and everyone can have a drink. There is a big hot tub for you to use whenever you want. Conrad is on call the whole time and is extremely easy going and also has some great contacts for food and activities. A 5 min cab ride away is Denbigh, a village with a few pubs and karaoke if you want to get out. Perfect place if you are looking for stress free.

We have just spent the weekend at this beautiful house with our family and friends for our daughters 21st birthday followed by New Year which was an amazing experience making memories x each and every one of us would recommend this venue suitable for all occasions and the great support from the owner ! Thank you and we will be in touch x

Had an absolutely fabulous weekend celebrating a wonderful friends 50th Birthday. Nothing too much trouble for the lovely owner Condrad and his mother. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. Massive congratulations to your cleaning team, could teach 5 star hotels a lot about standards of presentation and attention to detail. Beautiful walk into the village followed by a very welcoming lady in The Hand public house. Thanks again for this fab weekend.
