I had an insurance quote done by WEM body shop. This was very efficient and dealt within a week. Following approval by the insurance company to proceed I tried to book the car in for repair. 2 weeks later after 4 chase up phone calls they still were unable to book my car in. In my view a simple process but failed and I consequently lost confidence in their ability to provide a straightforward repair service so cancelled and I have taken the work somewhere else.
Just had my car bodywork repaired at WEM very pleased with repairs. First class service from Angie on reception. She new all details about car repairs and was very helpful. A real asset to the company.Service: Body & Trim
The team were excellent from start to finish ! Went in Monday with a door problem on my van , they had me booked in by Wednesday and back same day didn’t up sell me new parts but aligned and adjusted perfectly. Would definitely use again for any body work in the future ! Reliable and honest . Thanks guys

Good communication throughout. Vehicle collected from home address, returned to me after the work had been carried out. My car has been cleaned inside and out aswell. Highly recommend for any paintwork.
Buyer beware………..after waiting 7 months for delivery of new mobility car, manager deletes order without permission, manager states he doesn’t want to do business with people like me mobility customer calls me a liar and a cheat, due to managers mistake I’m now housebound for 18 months and they’re not interested in trying to rectify, manager has no customer service skills and I’m threatened with legal action for telling the truth, as god be my witness I’ve only told the truth and I will keep posting to try to protect others, despite their best efforts to shut me up
Had my truck bumper repaired after a knock, vehicle came back within 3 days totally repaired and cleaned inside and out, my whole experience was painless and easy with really friendly staff. Will be recommending to any of my work colleagues and friends, many thanks guys
My car needs a simple panel replacement, the parts are readily available in UK. The car has been at the workshop premises since October 2019. As at 30th December 2019 the workshop has no idea when the car will be completed.
