Very poor service snd when tried to discuss this with the so called manager she hung up, rather than apologise for their mistakes in supplying the wrong fan belt twice , because they couldnt read. Customer service is non existant. Take my advice, go to the Wadebridge branch where they are friendly and appear to know what they are doing.
Great car part supplier, the manager was very knowledgeable and friendly. She even offered to help carry parts out for me!
If I had any chance leave 0 review. Poor quality service bad communication people sale wrong parts. Even no say sorry when return wrong parts. Highly not recommended use this place. mill autoquip definitely lost me and I will send my customers to different place. Don't waste your time.
