Absolutely 5 Stars from start to finish. This was a business vehicle and so time was of the essence. We were kept in the loop on how things were going, given a time frame and was surprised to be called within the time frame to say the car was finished and we could come and collect. The staff were friendly and helpful. The job itself was first class and the car had been valeted. As we own a fleet of company vehicles I hope our insurance uses this company again when the need arises.Service: Painting
Fixed my BMW after an RTC and did a fantastic job. Even fixed a small unrelated scratch on my car and returned my vehicle in an immaculate condition. Would definitely recommend this company
They did a great repair job on my car, when I went to collect it they had given it a good clean inside and out, no endless paperwork to go through, just a few signatures, staff helpful and friendly, and off I went.... spot on and cosmic
Hi Guys Thank you for an amazing job from start to finish on the repair of my car. Your customer service was excellent, the job was done much quicker than I expected especially with a bank holiday in the middle and the end result, BRILLIANT! As I said to Amy when I picked the car up, the bumper looks better than the original paint job, and you went the extra mile with the valet too, so nice to see the car spotless inside and out when I arrived. Very impressed. Thank you.
Absolutely amazing service provided by Gemini. They repaired my bashed up car beautifully and on time despite parts being delayed from Germany with regular unsolicited updates from their wonderful staff. And they then returned my car valeted and had even topped up the fuel to cover the mileage to and from my home. And I can’t leave out the guys that collected and returned my car, really nice guys!!
Five star service from start to finish. Good old - fashioned service from the moment I made initial contact and delivery of the courtesy car to finally collecting the car a week later. All my initial concerns were answered leaving the strong feeling that customer care was at the heart of all that they do. The repairs to the front and side of my car car were finished to a very high standard. No hesitation in recommending them to repair any car following an accident.
