My son has an ongoing problem with a vehicle he purchased elsewhere just 3 months ago, it’s still under warranty from the other garage who are being less than helpful. DNA have been helping him, they’ve been honest, informative & very professional in their approach & are still battling with the other garage on his behalf. Sadly it’s rare to come across such good service & I feel it should be acknowledged & commended.

I took my car here to have a new egr valve installed, after being messed around by a different garage who have caused me no end of problems.I was very stressed and not the easiest customer to deal with, they remained professional and understanding all the way through,The guys at DNA where fantastic they kept in contact and even had the job done well before they had originally told me it would be ready! The most honest garage you will ever find. On 3 occasions over many years I have self diagnosed a really expensive problem. DNA are 100% honest and were pleased to report the much much cheaper resolution. This is a garage that can fix anything and you can fully trust.
