Tom and the team were brilliant. They fixed a really complicated electrical and sensor issue with my Mustang that two other garages gave up on. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Brilliant service, gave regular updates.
we used T and E for a warranty claim for a customers pick up we supplied.... the turbo unfortunately gave up. Not only did these guys treat the customer well they also didn't throw us under the bus knowing full well things happen and mechanical things get problems. Amazing service from Autolec!!! We were advised by a local garage that our truck needed a new ECU, costing £1100+VAT + programming. Before taking the plunge with a new ECU we looked in the area for autoelectricians, and were lucky enough to come across T&E Autolec. Not only did Tom & Etaine fit us in at short notice, but they fully tested the ECU which was fine and didn’t need replacing located the actual issue, fixed the issue and got us back on the road the very same day. We are over the moon to have the ambulance back on the road so soon, and at such a great price too. Incredible service, honest and reliable- we can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much!
The horn on my van had an intermittent fault, meaning it was hard to find the issue. After having spent hours myself trying to sort it, I decided to give T&E Autolec a call after a recommendation from a friend. Dropped the van off at 9 and had a call mid afternoon to say it was sorted! Broken wire nowhere near where I thought the problem was. So glad I took to the professionals! Great service and I'll recommend these guys to any of my friends that have any electrical problems with their vehicles!
I took my van to T&E Autolec to put right the shoddy work done at Halfords. Tom and the team were absolutely brilliant, professional and quick. I can't recommend T&E Autolec enough. My Alfa 159 had an intermittent fault with it's xenon headlights. The fault was diagnosed, then repaired quickly and efficiently. This included sourcing replacement parts that didn't cripple me financially, which was both thoughtful and helpful. Many of the local garages bring their clients cars to Tom when electrical issues have them stumped, which is all you need to know. This is how I found Autolec, through other garages recommendations. Great service, would highly recommend them if you need a problem diagnosing and fixing use Autolec in Bodmin, smashing people and excellent at what they do and great value for money. Don't expect rock bottom pricing, knowledge costs money, but you won't be dissapointed. Mr G Buck vehicle Nissan Navara now running like a dream instead of a bleeding nightmare
Very pleased from initial contact as knowledgeable about the BMW. Previously had a mobile diagnostic who couldn’t fix it . Autolec Booked in super quick and even arranged a recovery vehicle . Car fault diagnosed and sorted . Will definitely pass on recommendations. Wayne Swift
Had a non starter Range Rover sport no one could get to the bottom of it so had it towed over to Tom within a day he had it running love that he went back to basics and worked his way back just using wiring diagrams would recommend him to anyone really nice people and not expensive. Will definitely use again.
