0/5...absolutely ridiculous person answered the phone with poor English, did not listen to what I was saying at all and kept pointing out irrelevant info about where he is based and where I'm calling from. Rude and unfriendly, hung up the phone saying "he doesn't have time"...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Thank god we didn't get around to even getting in their taxi!!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE...DO NOT USE...DRIVER THREW A SUITCASE AND ME AND THE CUSTOMER AND DROVE OFF SWEARING...MANAGER WAS EVEN WORSE!!

The taxi took a lot longer than stated, he went to pick us up at the wrong place. The taxi driver was extremely rude and didn't speak much English at all. Communication is key for this job and this taxi driver lacked that skill completely. Pretty sure he didn't understand the high way code either. He kept using his indicators to go straight on but didn't use them for the junction we needed. Worrying! Never again.
