If you want rudeness and unprofessional drivers then call these people. Called for a taxi to take me around the corner and was told it would meet me in 5 minutes; in which of course it didn't. I called the taxi office to find out where my can was and was asked "do you want it or not". The driver arrived eventually and blatantly ignored me for the ride and also took a business call on speaker so I could hear the callers address and phone number. That unsuspecting caller's private details were made public to total strangers. I was taken to the wrong destination and the driver argued with me about where I was going. Waste of time and money. In response to the clearly biased response : Its clear you refuse to acknowledge that your driver put out a person's details in my presence, so you can remain to be wrong and strong. There's no getting around the wrongdoing. Furthermore the driver was shown the correct address and postcode and was not different from what he had. His English was not terrible, so trying to play the language game is simply stupid and redundant on your part. If language was such a problem, perhaps you should have linguistic standards. If I behaved in an "aggressive manner" why has it taken a response on the internet for it to be addressed. You have no leg to stand on. I'm not the only one giving you piss poor reviews so it seems your gutter service isn't just a made up thing. Like I said before, if people want to subject themselves to your crap then they are welcome to but I won't put up with your foolish response. It was a displeasure doing business with you and you are a disservice to yourselves. Your response was weak and you need to address your breach of confidentiality. r

Sh... service... On my way to airport.. In a hurry.. Called them front of their office.. They responded to call back in minute.. Never heard them again.. Dont recommend to any one.. Missed my flight.. DONOTUSETHISCOMPANY...

I have been using park royal cars mostly for airport runs and I recommend park royal cars if you want to be on time.

I was visiting London (Her Majesty's Theatre) on my own and booked a return taxi from Hanger Lane to The theatre because I was not confident traveling on the tubes on my own. The taxi turned up (unmarked car and broken wing mirror) in the morning 30 mins early but this wasn't a problem, it dropped me off outside the theatre so all was fine. The taxi back was booked late at night and I waited on my own, it didn't turn up so I rang them and they said it was on it's way. After fifteen minutes they rang me and said I needed to ring the driver. I did and I was told I needed to go and meet him down a side street near Mcdonalds, I explained that I made it clear when booking that I needed to be picked up from the theatre and I don't know where Mcdonalds he just said he can't go there and I have to find Mcdonald's. I got off the phone and ended up walking around the centre of London on my own late at night trying to find a taxi. The taxi driver from Park Royal did not contact me or try to help in any way. I booked a taxi to feel safe but ended up very scared and stressed. I would not book with them again.
