I've been using matrix cars for the last 5 years or so. They've never let me down, even when we left a suitcase at home on the way to the airport and had to go back to get it!

very fast after calling many different cab offices matrix cars was the only that got me a cab within 5 minutes of calling them, very good prices and great people and drivers would recommend anyone in ealing common

Great service, I called at 5am on sunday morning as my train was cancelled to the airport! They had a cab with me in 5minutes (even at that time) and got me to the airport just in time! I found them very professional and the driver was friendly! I forgot to get a receipt and they even emailed me one 1 days later! Great cab company!

s a travle agency in Istanbul we want to thank you MİNİCUB travel that heped with the transfers. They answer us any questions and when ı called they ansverd immeddiatly. we found them at Trip advisor and that why we trust. Especcialy Pankaj helped me to make the changes of transfers and they helped anytime. ıf we will need any transfer in London we will deffinatly contact MINICUB

The worst customer service ever... I strongly recommend to not to get it from this people if you are in rush... Not reliable at all... ALL THE GOOD COMMENTS ARE THE STAFF.. We have been informed the taxi will be there in 20 minutes. Instead the car was showed up 45 mins late even through he was informed that its urgent in two block away... Even the automated text the send you is meant to miss inform you to not to get the taxi from someone else. VERY POOR, EVEN THE MANAGER DIDN'T CARE WHEN I COMPLAINED.
